I find peace in many ways. Most of the time it is when I am looking at something that looks beautiful like a sunset or sunrise, animals (especially my sleepy fur babies), in nature, and in my alone time. I am typically a very on-the-go type of person so when I get even a few minutes of peace and relaxation I like to spend it outside or by myself. I have learned over time too that I enjoy listening to relaxing and peaceful music while studying to keep my mind as ease and to relax myself during the stressful moments of doing work.
This is only an example that I found since I typically go on Spotify and look the “Relaxation” or “Mediation” playlists. But this is relatively close example to what I listen to.
